My practice works primarily with adults who are experiencing a wide-variety of issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. I also have experience and expertise to provide services for various women's issues related to infertility and pregnancy, and LGBTQIA.
My approach to counseling is integrative and allows us to work collaboratively to determine the best strategies for each client individually. I provide a safe, caring environment to explore life's challenges and guide you on a path to healing and transformation.
