I am a LCSW with 20+ years of experience, which has allowed me the privilege of providing services to adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and coping skills. I strongly believe in finding the strengths within you, as to help in the process of change. My goal is to develop a therapeutic relationship in which you can have a safe place to work through meaningful solution oriented changes. I had the privilege of working in a variety of settings that include: outpatient mental health clinics, in home services, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and school therapeutic services. I have also had the opportunity to work with those struggling with trauma, including children and military men and women.
I am also available to provide support with those struggling with a loved one's mental or physical illness in a supportive environment. Caregivers should always have time to care for themselves. I have obtained my NJ Clinical Social Work Supervision Certification through NASW and am available to provide supervision services as well.
