About
Accepting new clients - Are you feeling depressed and anxious? Are you struggling with addiction? If so don't hesitate to call. I am both a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor in the state of NJ. My experience is primarily focused on treating individuals and families struggling with mental health issues (depression, anxiety, etc.) and or addiction. I provide clients a safe and intimate atmosphere for their emotional well-being and recovery from addiction. From working with adults that struggle with addiction, substance use and life issues, adolescents seeking to find their identity
Utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and the 12-step Model, I hope to assist my clients in enhancing the effectiveness of coping with everyday stressors and personal challenges in order to sustain long-term recovery and mental wellness.
My background in creative arts has transformed into a passion for therapeutic art practices to enhance client's self-awareness and forge a connection between mind and body.
