If you feel the weight of carrying unhealed trauma, patterns that don't serve you, and unmeetable expectations from others, I would love to help you lay some of that down. You might be seeking to understand yourself on a deeper level or feeling a sense of "stuckness", wanting to feel more grounded and whole; you may be facing the reconciliation of deep grief. I offer a warm, human space to ease into the lessons yet to be learned and to begin to come home to yourself. Together we can explore how your experiences live in your body and shift old patterns, so you can live with more ease, authenticity, self-compassion and self-trust.
I help people reconnect with their internal selves and sense of self-efficacy. My lens is relational; I use somatic work, psychedelic training, IFS/EMDR-informed, and other modalities that support each unique client. I provide an anchored space to integrate psychedelic therapies, and build skills to create the changes you wish to effect.
Additionally, I specialize in supporting blended/stepfamilies, couples therapy (with or without sublingual ketamine), and parenting support, especially for neurospicy families. I am not currently taking insurance but can provide a superbill to remit for private insurance and offer a sliding scale/mutual aid model for MassHealth clients.
