I thrive when working with clients who enjoy a goal directed, supportive approach that helps them clarify what they value most and what they want to draw into their lives. My sessions are interactive and focused on what is important to my clients to create the life they want to live. I explain my role as a therapist and encourage clients to share what they are hoping to achieve in therapy. I personalize interventions for each client.

I have been practicing for over 30 years in a variety of settings including clinical counseling, supervision, training, academia and early telehealth care and supervision. This has given me the ability to understand the importance of providing quality client centered care.
