I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing stress, change, difficult family dynamics, parenting challenges, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in ADHD and navigating relationships with emotionally immature family members or partners. My approach combines cognitive behavioral theory, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
