I work with adolescents, women, couples and families who are experiencing conflict, negative or anxious thoughts, feelings of being "stuck" or hopeless, lonely or insignificant. God has a good plan for everyone but realizing that plan can be difficult today with the myriad of distractions and demands on our time and emotions. Situations like divorce, loss, health, betrayal, and other conditions can compound the struggle. I provide a reorienting, nurturing voice of compassion to walk beside you through those times, to help you appreciate your true self and enjoy life again.

I guide people to an experience of peace, relief, and hope. I help them clarify and integrate their worldview, their self concept, and Scripture to walk out their true identity and value by changing self-defeating talk, learning to take risks, honoring their voice, comforting traumas and modifying their messages.

Leigh Ashley, M.A., LMFT-S's Groups

Christian Codependency Group

God created us for significance and purpose, but often we survive rather than thrive spiritually and emotionally. In our efforts to balance, adapt and fix the circumstances in our lives, we can feel overwhelmed, stressed and depleted. We can become disconnected to what is happening inside our own heart. This group is focused on finding authentic intimacy with Jesus because it is through this relationship that we begin to see ourselves and others more clearly, understand our God-given role and function in each relationship, and enjoy the peaceful fruit of clarity. Groups meet one day/week for 13 weeks.
