I am a Student Intern currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach is rooted in person-centered care, where I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their stories, process emotional pain, and take meaningful steps toward healing. I integrate experiential and cognitive techniques as well to help individuals manage anxiety, reduce stress, set healthy boundaries, manage grief and trauma, and reconnect with their own values and needs.
I work with both individuals and couples, adolescents and adults, presenting with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, mood-related challenges, anger, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, eating disorders, grief, and complex trauma. Additional populations of interest to me are those experiencing significant life transitions.
