As a therapist I am passionate about helping individuals find hope and healing. We all experience periods of loss and distress in life. Whether you are seeking healing from childhood trauma or going through a new life transition, I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I particularly enjoy working with young mothers who are adjusting to motherhood or experiencing postpartum depression as well as women suffering from pregnancy loss due to either miscarriage or abortion. I also work with victims of sexual trauma.
I have experience working with adults who are dealing with a variety of circumstances including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I can provide trauma-focused therapy for individuals who are recovering from both a single trauma incident or more complex traumas. My goal is to provide my clients with tools they can utilize outside of therapy.
My degree in pastoral counseling allows me to integrate a client's spirituality into their therapeutic process. I have experience working with individuals of many faith backgrounds, but I especially enjoy working with Christian clients. I am currently accepting new adult clients.
