I would like to help you learn new and healthier ways to view your circumstance and to face the difficult times.
I have experience working with individuals in the inpatient hospital setting, the ER, as well as in my private practice. Working in these various settings has given me a well rounded understanding of mental health and treatment approaches. I feel equipped to handle crisis situations as well as daily life struggles.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents and have worked with a variety of issues such as: anxiety/fears, depression, divorce, grief & loss, PTSD, self-esteem, suicidal ideation and family conflict. I acknowledge the value of faith and spirituality in the healing process and am happy to integrate these components.
