My clients desire to rewire their nervous systems and gain skills to stay calm and centered. They want to rebuild their identities, relationships and careers on their own terms and exchange their trauma for growth.
I help trauma survivors rebuild a sense of self and autonomy from interaction 1. I want you to make as many choices as possible in therapy to practice trusting your wisdom. I use methods that focus on rewiring the nervous system and transforming core beliefs after experiencing trauma, such as EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS and polyvagal exercises.
My first session with you When you come to the first appointment, I want to learn your hopes and goals for therapy and trauma recovery. We will talk about your current stress responses and goals more than your trauma narrative.
