As your therapist, my goal would be to provide a safe, supportive, collaborative relationship with the client for growth and overall wellness. One of my primary goals is to empower my clients through awareness, education, and tools to increase self efficacy. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating strategies from a variety of different therapeutic orientations and incorporate these into treatment to meet the specific needs of the client. My focus is on the person's strengths and competencies by using a holistic approach to address the whole individual; emotional, physical, social and spiritual.
My interests and specialty include but not limited to Addictions, and working within the Family system. I have had several years of experience working with a diverse population struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Within the Family system, I provide tools and support to increase confidence and effectiveness in their parental roles.

Supports groups for addiction and family members
If you are struggling with addiction we have a support group for you as well as family members who are affected by the addiction. The 8 week curriculum will include definition of addiction and how this changes your brain chemistry, triggers, coping skills, tips for avoiding relapse, and other evidence based interventions to help empower you through this challenging time and encouragement to develop healthy lifestyle changes that promote healing and growth.
