Hello, my name is Leiah Aleksich, and I am a supervisee in social work with 2 years of individual therapy experience. I primarily help adolescents and young adults who are struggling with life changes, depression, motivation, and more. I work to create a comfortable environment for my clients so that we can focus on identifying emotions, thoughts, and triggers. I believe that no one person is the same, and so we should work around you and the person that you are to develop coping skills that work for you! If you struggle with the question of who you are, we can work on self-discovery as well.
