My approach blends evidence-based practices (such as SFBT and DBT) with depth-oriented, Jungian psychology. This means we can work together on both the immediate challenges—like managing anxiety, stress, or relationship struggles—and the deeper patterns, symbolic imagery, and stories that shape your inner life.
I currently see clients in two settings: an evidence-based group practice (Silver Lake Psychology) that accepts insurance, and a depth-oriented/ Jungian practice (Coldwater Counseling Center) with sliding-scale options.
