I have over four years working with adolescents in different therapeutic settings. I use evidence-based therapies including DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused. I work with children, teens, and young adults focusing on depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, family and social stressors.

I work with both clients and their support system to ensure an environment that promotes non-judgment, acceptance and safety as we navigate through challenges while developing a toolbox of skills that will assist in moving towards meaningful changes.
