Often, the inclination to seek psychotherapy arises when a longing for change, transformation, or healing becomes clear. Rooted in Somatic and Relational psychotherapy, I support my clients in being able to connect more deeply to their bodies as a way to come into full presence of what might be arising and what might need tending to.
Embodiment is a tool that helps us gain access to the places that live inside us that might be hard to get to – but places that might be longing to be known and cared for.
Through our work together, my intention is to help strengthen your ability to connect with the parts of you that are calling for your attention, to gain access to your own inner witness and wisdom, and to help you foster a trusting relationship with yourself, others in your life, and the world around you.
