Life these days comes with enough challenges. Having someone to listen without judgement shouldn’t be one of those. That is where I come in as your Therapist. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address and overcome past and present obstacles in your life. I am committed to helping people overcome addictions and learn ways to manage their depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, anger and other stressors that may affect your daily life.
I graduated from Waynesburg University with a Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have spent over 10 years working with children, adolescents, and adults in various inpatient and outpatient settings working through a variety of mental health and substance use disorders.
I use a variety of techniques from Reality Therapy to DBT and CBT. My theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change. My goal is to provide individualized treatment to help you gain insight, self-awareness, and self-control in your life.
