I offer individual & couples therapy, meeting with adults in a private forest shelter in the Geneva neighborhood of Bellingham. Research & wisdom show that our bodies + minds settle when we are mindful of nature. Let's get grounded outside as we work towards your goals. I am happy to accommodate your accessibility needs!

I use the Gottman method to support partners to build friendship, manage conflict, and build a shared vision for the relationship.
With individuals, I integrate Brainspotting, a body-based & emotion-focused method that is different than talk therapy, but very powerful and healing. As needed, we can support deeper processing and embodiment by finding eye positions that correlate to your mental health challenges and goals... you'll probably be surprised to find how effective this can be!
