I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys—especially those who have experienced trauma, are navigating symptoms of PTSD, or are living with anxiety and depression.
I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful modality for trauma processing. Other approaches I weave into our work together include Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.
