As a Christian biblical therapist, I enjoy coming alongside of my clients through the most difficult seasons in life and helping them navigate through the complexity of their feelings and thought processes. I enjoy working with teens, sibling groups, and couples (pre-marital and marital).
My training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) equips me to help you lean into the deeper emotions and fully process and heal from past or recent emotional trauma's that may be hindering you now. In addition, I am also a trust based relationship intervention (TBRI) practitioner, and have experience working with families in foster care and through adoption.
Upon request, I will incorporate scripture and prayer in our sessions. I look forward to connecting with you and assisting you through your healing process.
