Together, we’ll identify where these negative beliefs first took hold and begin to reprocess and reframe them, so they no longer control how you see yourself or react to life’s challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, and parts work. I work with parents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This work creates space for new perspectives that feel true not only in your head, but in your heart and body as well.
