Hello! Beginning therapy can be intimidating but asking for help is brave and a sign of strength. I am a Licensed in Florida, Virginia South and Dakota and am able to see clients via telehealth anywhere in those states. I specialize I Obsessive Compulsive Disorder using Exposure and Response Prevention, Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness tools.
My therapeutic technique varies based on your needs. I have received specialized training on Exposure and Response Prevention through the Behavior Therapy Institute for OCD and using Inference Based Cognitive Behavorial Therapy by the OCD Lived Collective. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
My clients have described me as encouraging, supportive, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Talking about intrusive thoughts can be scary, though I will help to normalize your thoughts and won't judge you for them.
