If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, stuck in mental loops you can’t seem to break, or exhausted by the constant urge to perform rituals or repetitive behaviors, you're not alone and you don’t have to manage it by yourself. I help people facing the distress of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Phobias, Tics and Tourette’s Disorder, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (like hair pulling or skin picking), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, PTSD and general anxieties getting in the way of every day functioning to find effective ways to feel more in control and at peace.
Together, we’ll build a practical and compassionate path forward. I use evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD, Habit Reversal Training for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD .
Talking about intrusive thoughts can be scary, though I will help to normalize your thoughts and won't judge you for them.
