Courtney Crouch is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who specializes in assisting clients with family problems, life transitions, peer relationships, low self confidence or self esteem, and other issues affecting young adults. She also has experience working with people experiencing anxiety and depression related to high stress careers, burnout, or work-life balance. She explains, “My role as a therapist is to provide a safe space in which clients can be their true authentic selves in, allow therapy to be a place of comfort and growth, and I aim towards supporting people find hope, stability, and peace.”
