As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a systemic approach, working with individuals, couples, and families to build self-awareness, compassion, and sustainable change in a safe and nurturing environment. No matter what brings you into therapy, my goal is to help you not only cope with your challenges, but grow and thrive in your personal and relational life.

I utilize a combination of family systems theory, narrative approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and believe that everyone deserves a life free from post-traumatic stress. Together, we can explore the patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you and help you develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
