With my specialized background working with children, adolescents, adults and families with ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, I integrate a much-needed approach called Compassion-Focused Therapy, which focuses on self-love & self-acceptance. I also provide evidenced-based practices including, Play Therapy, DBT, CBT & Family Systems Theory.
