I am licensed as LPC in Georgia, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
I am a strengths-based, trauma-informed clinician and primarily use elements of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as therapeutic approaches. I have training in Relapse Prevention Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I am offering Individual Counseling Services via telehealth for residents of Georgia, Virginia, and Wisconsin. I accept insurance via the Grow Therapy platform.
In addition, I provide clinical supervision services to masters level clinicians in Wisconsin and Virginia via telehealth.
