Therapy although it involves many practices and interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, coping skills, behavior skills, and so much more; it all starts with a simple conversation where you are heard. I developed a strong background in faith based counseling, CBT, and DBT. I have had the privilege to work with clients in processing trauma, ADHD, developmental disabilities, abuse, and much more. I'm here to meet your needs, bringing a mix of tools to our session that fit best for you!
