My clinical interests include stress, anxiety management, adjustment issues, self-esteem and identity development, and emotional/behavioral control.

I employ an integrative approach of psychodynamic, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. With specialized training in couples/family therapy, I assist your understanding of the relationships in your life.
I am developing sub-specialty working with journalists exposed to occupational chronic stress/trauma, with training from the Dart Center for Journalism and and Trauma on the professional culture and occupational challenges.
