Stress impacts people differently because it is different for each person. For one person, stress may look like "anxiety," and for another, it may seem like "depression." I help clients explore the intersectionalities of the role stress plays and shows up in their lives and help to give them tools to face the challenges of life's stress.
Taking the first steps to ask for help can feel scary and overwhelming. Where do you start? What do you say? Will it be safe? Will a stranger listen, and will they truly get where I am coming from?
