The stresses of life can sometimes accumulate, causing anxiety, depression, and anger. Relationships can become confusing and complicated. If you, a friend, or a family member are struggling with daily coping, I would like to help. I support clients and teach them skills to manage the daily stresses and joys of life. I care about you and offer an objective, accepting viewpoint. I also offer a peaceful, confidential, supportive environment to help men, women, and couples learn skills to manage life. I have a medical background, and I like helping the elderly and people with various illnesses and chronic pain.
My approach to anxiety and depression includes providing support and encouragement while teaching skills to manage negative thoughts and emotions. I teach healthy relational skills and help clients deal with the grief of losing a loved one of any age including an adult, minor, or unborn child. I help couples learn and use communication skills.
