Serving both pediatric and adult populations, my approach to therapy is a person-centered experience, tailored to your goals for either yourself or your child. With almost a decade of experience working as a licensed professional, my goal to you is helping you feel empowered as you walk through your own mental wellness journey.
I offer mental health services for both adults and pediatrics (7+). My approach with therapy primarily includes use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. Achieved certification for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through North Carolina Child Treatment Program in 2021. I offer clinical supervision for LCMHC Associates for NC as well.
