Members of my family have been diagnosed with OCD. This motivates me to treat the diagnosis with compassion, understanding, and action. Therapy can be uncomfortable, but the more comfortable we are with the uncomfortable, the more confidence we develop. At NOCD, my team and I provide effective treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of these conditions enables us to treat them properly. We have received training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
When you start with NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network, based on your preferences. We’ll work to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you effectively address your challenges and achieve your goals.
