My approach is client-centered, which means I focus on developing a relationship with you based on warmth, respect, curiosity, and genuineness. I support healing and personal growth in clients who's lives have been affected by complex (family) trauma and/or neurodivergence (especially late-diagnosed autistic, bipolar II and adhd) folks. I incorporate Jungian psychology, Buddhist psychology and mindfulness into my work. If you're curious to learn more, please email, text or give me a call to set up a time to meet.
My first priority is to develop a warm, trustworthy relationship with you. Once you feel at ease with me, we can explore your experience together to try and understand what it's telling you.
I specialize in working with sensitive, creative, and spiritually-oriented people. My practice is informed by attachment theory, Buddhism and Jungian psychology. If this sounds interesting to you, I invite you to reach out to me via phone, text or email to schedule a free consultation.
