I offer individual therapy for adults, and I specialize in working with people experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Other areas of clinical interest include trauma, transitions of all kinds, parenting, and relationship issues. In-person and online sessions are available. I am in-network with Aetna and Optum. My approach is psychodynamic and trauma-informed. I have training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, as well as CBT. I am currently in a four-year psychoanalytic training program through The Contemporary Freudian Society.
