I am a certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and practice this as well as Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am passionate about navigating the many life transitions in personal and professional realms, including perinatal and postpartum adjustment and transition to parenthood. I am sex-positive, LGBTQIA+, Kink, BDSM and Poly-affirming and take pride in creating a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable sharing intimate details about themselves.
