I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT to help you understand and respond to emotions so that you feel less overwhelmed and more free. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and eating disorders. We can also work together to increase mindfulness and self-compassion.
As a member of the LGBT community, I have a special passion for serving LGBTQ clients as well as poly and kink communities. Whether you are navigating a complicated political climate, reducing shame and growing in self-acceptance, or exploring new pronouns or identity labels, I will be with you all the way!
