Lee Mauney MS LPC (TN,AR) (Last name pronounced, “Mooney”) I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of (L.P.C.) with over 30 years of experience working many cultures in multiple settings. I believe in helping clients to find one’s own internal healer, to rediscover their inner strengths, and empowering them to improve their mental balance while helping them clarifying their existential journey. My therapeutic focus is client centered with an emphasis on educating clients to improve their lives through empowerment to become independent and continue their inner growth.
I specialize working with: Depression; Mood disorders; Stress; Anxiety; Relationship issues; Abuse survival; Trauma and P.T.S.D.; Attention Deficit Disorders (A.D.H.D. & A.D.D.); Self-Esteem; and Mental Balance. Approaches include: Rogerian Client Centered Model; Interpersonal Psychology Model; Evidenced based Practices, C.B.T.; Motivational interviewing.
