Over 25 years of practice, I have worked with children and their families, from childhood through adulthood, focusing on relationship and social skills, effective communication, and emotion regulation. Each of these areas presents unique challenges for families and individuals requiring creative and individualized approaches to therapy. My years of experience and continued education have given me an extensive collection of approaches to treatment.
Many struggle with relationship issues in the family, in social circles, and in the workplace. These issues can cause great stress in our lives and lead us to seek help. Using mindfulness based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, and supportive listening, we can explore these issues together and plan a strategy for a peaceful solution.
It has always been a privilege to meet and get to know the people in my community through my work, and to provide assistance as each person grows through the experience of therapy. I am excited to be part of this clinic and to begin our journey to wellness together. Book an assessment with me on our clinic website or call 573.239.9915.
