My style blends evidence-based therapy (DBT, CBT, polyvagal theory) with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. I also draw on my background as a yoga and meditation teacher to support mind-body healing and offer spiritual mentoring for clients seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their personal path.
