I am a Certified AEDP Therapist and have had extensive training in EFT, IFS as well as interpersonal neurobiology. These are the models I use in my practice. I take a focused, step by step approach to helping individuals and couples tackle the issues that keep them from moving forward. I am licensed in Texas, Colorado and Massachusetts.
