I work mostly with people 10 to 40, and their families, and have experience helping people of any age with any need. From adjusting to work/school, dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss or dealing with life changes, I have helped people work through all of these and more. My goal for therapy is your goal for your life. Change takes time, and I'm willing to put in the time and work it takes to help clients make the change they want.
I'm flexible with my openings, offering day, evening and weekend appointments, both in office and online.
Therapy is a very personal process, and I work to make therapy work for you, your child, or your family. I keep one eye on making sure you are comfortable with the process, and the other on making progress towards your goals. My 15 years experience has led me to learn many different ways to helping people make positive change in their life.
Life is stressful, and therapy shouldn't add to the stress. I offer a 15 minute consultation where we can talk about your needs, and you can ask me questions to make sure it's a good fit. One thing I've learned is that having a therapist you feel comfortable with, or trust to meet with you/your teenager, is very important. I am that therapist.
