I believe that there is a solution for everyone. It doesn’t always look the same, but I’m willing to stick with you to find out what that solution is and what works well for you.

I want you to feel empowered by understanding your body and brain, so I will incorporate education throughout our time together. In our sessions, we will explore ways you can give voice to things you’re feeling and experiencing. I want you to leave empowered to handle life’s challenges with confidence (especially LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent individuals).
