Hello and welcome! Our agency offers affordable, low-cost telehealth and online therapy services. My area of specialty is in multicultural psychotherapy, which is an extension of general psychology that acknowledges that a person's worldview is influenced by many aspects of their identity, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more. I meet with minorities and people of color, clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and life transitions.
I would utilize person-centered (PCT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and existential therapy (ET) interventions. Every client is different, so every intervention used and applied would be tailored to each client's specific needs for optimum outcomes.
