Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or obsessive thoughts? Limited by low mood and depressive thinking? I can help you learn the necessary tools to challenge and change negative and unhelpful thought patterns. Anxiety, fears, and mood issues can make your world feel smaller and smaller, and disrupt your relationships, work, and happiness. I am deeply committed to helping people achieve greater peace, presence, and meaning in their lives.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, to help clients create lasting emotional and behavioral change. I also work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship challenges. I teach communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as ways to deepen connection.
I strive to form warm, collaborative relationships with my clients, so that we can better work as a team to overcome fears and life stressors. I am passionate about helping people achieve greater freedom and balance in their lives. To improve access to support, I am currently offering telehealth sessions via secure video software.
