I bring over 30 years experience counseling individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and life transitions. My extensive clinical expertise has been developed through experience in a variety of settings, including private practice, addiction treatment, and a Fortune 50 company.
My approach is holistic drawing from cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, and solution-focused techniques. Clients have shared that they feel supported and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
