Therapy with me is a collaborative effort, I prefer to facilitate a space where the client feels they can generate the most efficacy. I have a wide array of experience in DBT mindfulness, art therapy, motivational Interviewing, trauma work, talk therapy and exploring deeper unconscious behaviors.
