I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist located in Jacksonville, Florida. I work with multiple insurance plans including Medicare and assist adults impacted by anxiety, depression, substance use, and other emotional and life challenges. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields, I had the privilege to assist a significant number of adults and witnessed amazing transformations.
I offer in person and/or telehealth sessions. With an open and flexible schedule, I can help you navigate stressors or difficulties that could be impacting your daily life. I welcome 65+ adults as well as military personnel and their family members who may be experiencing difficulties and are looking for an experienced therapist.
Our first session is provided in a confidential, warm, and respectful environment. My goal during this session is to listen, to provide support, and to begin to build a therapeutic alliance that can foster trust and confidence.
