During my 28 years in the mental health field, I have helped children, adolescents, and adults learn to heal past hurts and renew their enthusiasm for life despite some extreme life experiences. I utilize a combination of EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to process trauma and learn new ways to find healing and understanding no matter the situation.
