As an Imago Relationship Therapist, I will provide your relationship with a unique form of couples therapy and tools to get you "un-stuck" and deepen your connection. Individually, I can help you move through a healing process to be free from debilitating obstacles, such as anxiety and depression. As an executive coach, I help you and your team to sharpen skills, overcome hurdles, tackle old problems in new ways, and hone in on ways to improve critical interpersonal and leadership skills. In addition, as a school psychologist I provide assessments to identify a variety of learning, behavioral, and social/emotional difficulties.

Relationships can be difficult. When you add in the stressors of infertility, infidelity, addictions, etc., they can have a devastating impact. I can help you to navigate the emotional maze of of these challenges and give you the tools to stay in connection with your partner during your trying journey.

I rely on an eclectic approach that draws from my over 25 years of training and experience in Assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy and Coaching. In addition I am trained in EMDR. BrainSpotting, Psychodrama and MBSR. I remain open to varied influences and engage my clients in determining what works best for them.

This is a mind-body group aimed at helping individuals and couples receive emotional support, practical information, and a venue for connecting with others who have undergone similar reproductive trauma. The group is based on cognitive-behavioral theory and it incorporates Imago Relationship Therapy techniqes, along with a variety of psychoeducational components, such as relaxation training and cognitive-restructuring. Some of the general topics to be addressed are: 1. Identifying your "reproductive story" 2. Grieving a reproductive loss 3. The Impact of Reproductive Challenges on Intimate Relationships 4. Will we say "when" and will we look at other options?
