I have extensive experience providing therapy to those of all ages impacted by trauma, grief and loss. I also have experience helping both patients and caregivers of those touched by chronic illnesses including but not limited to cancer, Parkinson's Disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury.
For those interested in integrating somatic and body based techniques into their talk therapy, I have additional training as a dance/movement therapist. I believe that integrating the physical body can offer a unique and transformative approach in the healing process.
